Macros percentages

Hello everyone,
I'm a 200 pounds, 5'9, male and I'm trying to lose fat.
The best way for me to get to my goal weight easily and efficiently is by consuming high protein, average fat, and low/average carbs (am I right?)
Can someone please suggest a reasonable macros division based on experience or knowledge?
MFP recommendation: Carbs: 223, Fat: 54, Protein: 61
Currently, my average intake is 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat.
Thanks in advance!
