Well that was yesterday - learn from it and move on. You only fail if you quit or keep stuffing your face today. It happens. Forgive yourself.

Not even then. You only fail if you quit trying. Move on, and try to do better today. This is a process.

Hope you enjoyed the food. Its one day, fee.ling down is a waste of time and wont help you. Log it and move on, it just means you will get to target maybe a day later. No big deal.

So thats 1000 calories over an 1lb =3500 calories so you are worried about a potential 5oz. To put that in perspective you can fluctuate naturally by 1-5lbs each day. See why its not worth getting upset about? If it bothers you that much walk 30 mins extra each day next week.

You may be tempted to under-eat today to compensate -- I've been there before. I usually get so hungry that I go off the rails again. So just eat normally today.

    I've done it today.

I've had some spare time this week so have upped my gym time, Sunday evening arrived and my body has decided I need to eat all the food, so I am eating all the food, just having a jaw break at present.

Nothing that will effect anything in the long term, learn from it, carry on.
