Snacking troubles.

I have been on my diet since February and I have been doing good and lost about 33lbs, but for the last few days my snacking has gotten out of hand. Only healthy  snacks by the way no junk food!! Gave that up in February however I am burning up all my calorie before I can get to a good dinner. Any ideas or suggestions?
It's like I am falling back into the same habits.

    Don't do it is the best suggestion. You're an adult.

    There is no such thing as junk food or healthy food. It's just food. So if you are snaking away on what you think is 'healthy' food it's not going to matter. Calories are calories.
