Here to improve health and fitness. Using Polar Flow for tracking exercise on my smarty phone. I spend most of my time behind the wheel driving to customer sites repairing copier machines. The only real exercise I get is pushing the gas peddle. Trying to stay motivated to get out of bed and spend an hour 3 days a week on my treadmill. Counting calories is a big challenge, so I'm learning to pack healthier lunches with fewer calories. So far, so good. My goal is to lose 35 pounds and maintain a healthier diet.
