Back for another try

Hi,
I'm not really new. I was here before, did great, went from 225 down to 190. Got a new job, stopped coming here, gained it all back plus 5 more pounds. I went back to my old job, went from 230 to 200. This site worked for me, shame on me for ever leaving. I'm here for the encouragement and support to get to my target of 185 if I build muscle, 175 if not.

Hi,
I'm back again also. i sent you a friend request. I know I need to do this but i'm feeling kind of lazy. So, I'm going to do this one small step at a time. I have decided to log one or two meals a day, and drink more water. That's enough for now. My job keeps me pretty busy.0
