When I left for Oxford University (England) in October of last year (2014) my belt was on hole 2 because I weighed just a little over 200 lbs (see image below). I determined that night on the plane that things were going to change. This morning found me at hole 6 and weighing 177 lbs. Still have a way to go but at least the belt is moving in the right direction now B)

Just joined MFP this past week and absolutely love it! Especially like the community of support and encouragement.
