I think beef jerky is fine to eat. I'd eat it myself except I have HBP and haven't found any jerky lowish in sodium (< 200mg) per serving.0

Jerky is delicious.0

Is importand about sodium in ur diet ?0

Sodium is not important to track unless you have a medical reason.
Eat as much jerky as you want. Days that I buy or make Jerky, I can easily eat 200grams.
As long as the calories fit into your day, you can eat what you would like.0 -
I use it all the time. That, beef sticks, and Jack Link's nuggets.0

Try Epic bars, they are great. I love jerky as well but like a different option and these hit the spot.0

Beef jerky is great for weight loss. Sodium isn't a problem for most people.0

Try biltong as well.0

Whats biltong ?0

Love it! Jerky and dark chocolate r my go to snacks!!0

Biltong is south African salted and dried meat. Thicker and not smoked.0

I use it for snacks when I can find it on sale. I have noticed in the last year or so the price going higher and higher on it. The sodium content is kinda high but if you don't have a problem with sodium go for it. I usually eat the one serving recommendation 1 oz. It has a good amount of protein in it for the size also.

OMG i love Duke's Small Batch
DELICIOUS!!! "original shorties"
they don't have corn or soy (i'm allergic to both) and have protein for after working-out0 -
Biltong's softer, too. And can have more interesting, spicy flavours.0
