Wind Down and Wake Up

What sort of routines do you do before bed, and on waking up?
This is for those in your home/bedroom before showering and doing anything else.

Share any ideas or tips!

This is what I'm doing myself, for now:

Night time wind down (15 minutes)

10 press ups / 10 crunches / 10 squats
15 press ups / 15 crunches / 15 squats
Bridge pose - 2 mins
Mountain pose - 2 mins
Upside down leg stretch - 2 mins
Torso twist - 2 mins
Goddess stretch - 2 mins


Morning wake up (20 mins)

(in bed) Upper body fan x 2 each side
(in bed) Leg Extensions x 5
Squats x 15/ Crunches x 15 / Press ups x 15 (repeat twice)
Downward dog (30 secs) moving in to the Plank (30 secs)
out of plank move in to Upward dog (1 min)
Ankle touches x 10
Warrior pose - 1 min
Mountain pose - 1 min

    - get up, brush teeth, drink coffee, go to gym or go for walk

    I slept out this morning (whoops) so I only did half of what I planned.

    Anyone else?

    Check, gym time was front squats and deadlifts.
  • Night time

    Loved the night time routine, it's the same as mine lol
  • AM

    Up early
    Pint of water & Amino acids
    30 minutes treadmill - mixed intensity
    large breakfast
    Quiet time of prayer & meditation

    Feel great
