Well I think I've done rather well, currently lost about 19lbs but even though I've lost inches I still hold weight on my boobs and tum area, so when I do my fat ratio it still comes up flagging midriff fat (bad for heart etc). I am 5 ft 7 cw 135lbs but body fat about 26, natural waist 29in, naval 32inch hips 35in, under chest 28/29in, boobs 38inch. it seems no matter how much I loose, proportionately I still carry more around mid section/ boobs, which will never lower my bad fat risk.
I work out between 3-5 times a week mainly gm dvd, mixing interval training with weights, and started to do interval running, but the tape measure seems to have stopped reducing even though weight on scales still dropping. Everyone seems to rave about the fat ratio being important but i'm stuck
Any suggestions to get a slimmer waist without pulling a rib out, and shrinking the boobs without surgery. HELP

Eating is most of this journey when it comes to slimming down the waist along with exercising.... What got me in the right direction was portioning my meals, and making sure that I ate in a timely matter... The workout that started the sculpting of my core... was Jillian Michael 6w/6p great workout especially if you don't like crunches(which i hate) alot of standing ab work and it is so good! Hope these few tips help..0
