I have two 20 pound and two 15 pound dumbbells, a door frame pull up bar, two bands, and a very determined set of mind. I just need help setting up a good workout routine to make me lose fat and gain muscle. I don't know the proper times to do strength training and when to let me body rest. I also would like to add in some body weight exercises but what days would be right and need help to make it all come together. Could anyone help me set something up or have the same equipment and is already doing something. Thanks!!

You could choose two FitnessBlender routines. Alternate the days.

I do the following 4 days a week:

    (5 minutes):
    squats
    push-ups
    pull-ups
    sit-ups
    bridges

    (15 minutes):
    Static lunges
    RKC plank
    Step-ups
    Pull-ups

You can alter these to your fitness level.

You only need a good floor mat to do home workouts. Check out things like You are your own Gym or Convict Conditioning. Bodyweight exercises are surprisingly versatile and progressing. You might not get superbig muscles, but you won't get bored easily.
