hi,
I've used the mfp app in the past and have recently restarted (as of fri actually). Id like to loose 25-40 lbs and I'm here bc I'm sick of all the gimmicks and "loose it quick" programs. I want to do this on my own, with food from the grocery store and exercise equipment I have at home. I'm sick of paying for programs that don't work long term. So...hi everyone :)
