Nutrition after I finish insanity

This is my second time doing Insanity. A couple of years ago when I did it I didn't follow the nutrition plan. I had great results but decided to go with the 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat thing and feel like so far my results are even better. I've not lost a lot but at the end of month one my body has changed so greatly and I belive my nutrition has been a big factor. I am holding off on month 2 until school is out (I'm a teacher) and beginning Max30 . I plan to follow the Insanity calories and nutrients for this new workout, but wondered for those who have followed the nutrition how they ate afterward. Currently I am having to prepare my meals separatly from my family because I am trying to eat as cleanly as possible at meet my nutritional needs and get the most bang for my buck. My family meals are not necessarily unhealthy but do not meet my requirements. I am having anxiety about going back to eating with them, but the extra prep time does not seem feasible long term. Also, I will need to probably rest from the insane workouts after completion and wonder if simply sticking within my calorie will be enough to maintain the gains I made from insanity combined with less strenuous exercise.

This is also what I'm curious about. I'm in the middle of insanity and will move to max 30 next. Due to time constraints with work and everything else I'm not really preparing that much food at all. I'm staying in the organic section only and buying the best things available. I'm getting enough protein and watching fats and all that as well, but I'm really just relying on this app to guide my nutrition and hope that I still get good results even if I'm not following insanitys food plan.0
