Leftover calories

I am modifying my eating habits so that I rollover unused calories onto the weekend where I know I will eat a lot more than I would during the week. I managed to have 300 calories that I could have, but did not use over the weekend. What should I do with the extra 300 calories? Should I forget about it or should I rollover some or all of it?
