Any suggestions for getting the scale moving downward when stuck at the same point despite eating correctly and exercising?

How long have you been stuck? Do you weigh & measure everything you eat? Do you eat back your exercise calories?

It would help if you opened your diary.
How do you measure your execise calories?
Age height and weight would be useful, but what demoal said is the key thing.

Yes, I weigh and measure most things, but I don't eat back my exercise calories. I did when I lost the first 30 lbs. I guess I was being impatient as today I weighed and I was down a lb. From last week! Thanks for your support! I guess I expected faster results when no eating back the exercise calories. My loss today put me in the "overweight" category rather than obese, so I am very excited. It have been over 10 years since I was there. Thanks for being out there.
