hi there,
Just downloaded this ap and I'm curious as to if I set my activity level correctly. I set it to "active".
I get about an hour of cardio daily (split into two half hour segments) and lift weights 4 times a week. Does "active" seem appropriate or should it be "mildly active"?
Thanks!

I would put mildly active if unsure. It will probably give you less calories to eat but if your wrong you will be eating to much for accurate results0

For me when in doubt go for the lesser option.
What is the difference in cal or KJ between different levels.

If you are logging your exercise for calories, then you don't include that in your activity level. It depends on how you want to track it.
