vegetarian

I've recently become a vegetarian and I'm just wondering what some of you guys would recommend for some healthy dishes. I know obviously vegetables but I'm used to eating chicken for protein and I could use some good alternatives! I'm not a big fan of tofu but maybe a good recipe would change that!!

    I have been a vegetarian most of my life, go down the frozen isle and you will see that they have vegetarian "meat" it is mostly soy based product that you can use as replacements, that being said I do still eat seafood once a week or so and that is a good source of protein.
