    I often forget how much 30 lbs is also!! I think it's "only" 30 lbs but when I read success stories and see pictures of people that have lost 30 lbs and are so happy, I realize what an accomplishment it is! Lots of hard work! I also love picking up my boyfriend's 33 lbs dumbbells to see how much weight I used to carry around with me!
