going over on vitamins

I seem to go over my vitamin limits everyday is that something to worry about? I also go over on sugar but don't worry about it much cuz it's mostly fruit, but the vitamin thing I want to know more about. ...

for most nutrients, your body removes (through urine) un-needed nutrients.
and vitamin recommendations are generally a MINIMUM rec, not maximum.
if youre truly concerned you can always have your doc run a blood test and see if theres an issue (though i doubt there is- our bodies are pretty efficient when it comes to that kind of stuff)0 -

Yep, as stated most will be removed with the "dish water" as they are water soluble. Some are fat soluble as will only metabolize with fat and are stored in fat, so those (A,D,E, and K) are the ones that toxic levels can accumulate if you consume too many as it's hard to excrete excess fat soluble. Typically this is a non-issue, but if you have concerns, this can be checked by your Dr. as mentioned.0
