Hi, just wanted a bit of advice really...I have been trying to do a low carb, high fat diet...I'm losing weight but I still have about 3 stone to lose, I have cut out the obvious fizzy drinks, cakes and biscuits, pasta, rice and bread. I have butter, cheese, full fat milk and full Greek yogurt but I have been eating some potato and some fruit. I just wanted to no if I'm eating potato what my fat macro should be? Well all my macro really. Any ideas on some suggestions...
