Exercising With A Fractured Arm

Hi Guys,
Just wondered if someone could give me any advice; I fractured my arm snowboarding a couple of weeks ago, and I am ACHING to get on and work out! Problem is, my arm is still in a sling, and even just walking long distances makes it ache, so I need something which is not going to be too much effort on it.
I tend to go for a little bit of cardio with focus on strength training, although I know because of my arm the cardio is most likely out, as is the strength training (well, as hard as I usually push it anyway). And, I know that I should just keep resting my arm and waiting until it is fully recovered, but I have seriously reached my limit of just sitting on my *kitten*.
So is there anything that anyone could recommend? I was thinking squats, maybe crunches, and then I drew a blank (as I'm not that well learned in exercising to be honest). Just something that will not aggravate my arm, but will at least make me feel like I'm working out.
Many thanks for any help anyone can give, much appreciated-it's so frustrating!!!

Your situation is one of the times where machines can be your friend. I’d build a program for my legs using the machines at the gym, which would include leg press, hack squat, leg curl, kick backs, calf press. Three heavy sets of 8 for each. You can throw in three sets of 30 second hollow holds for the abs.
