If anyone has tips on diet plans and work outs let me know, on my journey to loose 30 lbs : )

    The only diet tip I can give s to follow MFP to the letter.

    Weigh EVERYTHING you eat. It's no harder to add 12g of something than it is to log 10g so make sure you're 100% accurate with your food diary.

    Also make sure you are as accurate as possible with your exercise logging. Keep your weight and loss goal up to date. With exercise calories I round down to the nearest 50 and only eat 50% back (unless I'm starving!)

    As for exercise tips, it depends what exercise you like doing. Find something you like, then aim to get better at it :)
