does anyone have tips for getting back into using MFP with the ultimate goal of losing weight in a healthy way without falling back into disordered thoughts? I've had problems with restricting and bingeing in the past.

You are the only one who can control your thoughts, and it isn't easy to do. As for using MFP, set your goal to something reasonable (weight loss between 1 and 2 pounds per week) and stick to it. I suspect that just doing that could help with the thoughts, because instead of thinking about how to lose weight more quickly, you are thinking about how to stick close to your calorie goal.0

I'm also recovering from EDNOS.
What helps me the most is getting into a program (I did Insanity), and focus on eating all of your calories.
Since you said you had a problem with binges, make sure you understand and notice the difference between physical hunger, and emotional hunger.0
