Is it necessary to eat your full calories ??

    You should aim to eat your calorie allowance every day. It's a goal, not a limit. If you go under once in a while it won't hurt, but you should try to be close to your goal each day.

    Thanks for the advise as some days I feel I can't use them all and others I do I wondered if you had to stick to the overall calories given to get results

    I've been under so far some really under some only about 100-200 calories under and I just think of it as a buffer for logging mistakes/inaccuracies
