13kg/125lbs to loose, who's in?

Hi everyone,

Over the past years my weight has been creeping up - too much good food, too many beers and too little movement.

I'm 27, native German and have been living in Worcestershire, England for 2 years now.

I am 168cm (5'6') and currently weigh 71kg (156lbs). My goal is to get to 57kg (125lbs) by the end of the year. I want to take things slowly, eat healthily, work out regularly without being too hard on myself.

I'd love some support, motivation and inspiration and am looking for people with similar goals - if that's you please add me! :)

    I am cutting 8 kilo at moment, but mainly aiming at body fat percentage over actual weight. Need to be able to see my abdominals again - it has been a LONG time since I last saw them lol

    Hehe, I'm just getting started with that. Never really been the sporty type unfortunately but eager to at least incorporate a little exercise into my routine.
