Newbie in fitness - sharing and advice?

Hello lovely people!
I just started some exercises and I wanted to share this with both other newbies and the experts ones that might give me (or us) some advice.
I wanted to start with something enough easy but yet effective, without any equipment (I don't have any yet, waiting for my yoga mat! ).
I created my playlist and you can find it here https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PLT7FkJ3rqZxysfBvR_vBZ5nQIwmnf86tb
It's basically some light warm up, a series of squats ending with the 3rd video light exercises/cool down.
I think it's a good start, the jumping part killed me but I guess I'll master it soon enough!
Anyone else have some exercises at home to share? A playlist on youtube I guess it's the best way to keep going.
Any advice is welcome

Your routine sounds great. Any movement is good to start. If you are experiencing JOINT pain, dial it back a bit to prevent injury. If you have MUSCLE pain (burning), celebrate. That will be new muscle in a few days.

Thank you dear!
Yes it's actually a burning feeling on the right side of my calf and after a while I've to stop and stretch a little, wiggle, stretch again. After the 3rd time I really have to stop cause my foot just doesn't want to move anymore
Anyways, I know it will get better with the time!
Thank you for your links I really want to try tai chi!0
