A bit frustrated

What the heck... I record calories and exercise . Like the scale has not moved in five days.... WTH... I googled how many calories I should eat to lose weight.... Like if I eat less I will starve!

    Sometimes it's hard to get it moving but don't stop no matter what

    Going to have to be patient. Weight loss is not linear and most people do not experience consistant losses.

    For example the last month I: started by oscilating between 206-207 for the first week, dropped to 205 one day, oscilated between 206-207 for a week, dropped to 204 for a day, oscillated between 205-206 for a week, then dropped to 203 one day.

    Look for trendlines, but your weight will most likely not drop a little bit every day.

    There are apps out there that will define your weight trending for you to help you see your pattern. I tend to hold a certain weight for a while and then whoosh down several pounds at a time. It seems frustrating at first, but once you recognize the pattern, it's easier to keep going. :)
