Going to have to be patient. Weight loss is not linear and most people do not experience consistant losses.
For example the last month I: started by oscilating between 206-207 for the first week, dropped to 205 one day, oscilated between 206-207 for a week, dropped to 204 for a day, oscillated between 205-206 for a week, then dropped to 203 one day.
Look for trendlines, but your weight will most likely not drop a little bit every day.0 -
There are apps out there that will define your weight trending for you to help you see your pattern. I tend to hold a certain weight for a while and then whoosh down several pounds at a time. It seems frustrating at first, but once you recognize the pattern, it's easier to keep going.0
