Hello Everyone!!

I am very new to all of this! I am trying "Up day Down Day" intermittent fasting and wonder if anyone else has had success with it? I'm using a high protein approach with a 1500 caloric intake one day and 400-500 caloric intake approach (only protein shakes) every other day. If you've used this approach and have any tips OR even if you haven't and have tips please "friend" me... I could use all of the support and advice I can get!! :)
