Can you set up my fitness pal if you are doing calorie cycling? For example, instead of having a particular calorie goal for every day of the week, you can vary your calorie number goals day by day?

    you could set your calorie goals every day to reflect what you want but that seems a pain. id set it at the higher level and on your lower days, just eat lower.

    You could do this by setting your lowest calorie number as your goal. Then, on days when you eat more, add a custom exercise for a calorie amount equal to the calorie difference. For example, you could create an exercise called Heavy Lifting and put it in as 250 calories. Once you do it one time, the exercise will be available in your recent exercise list.
