Chocolate and treats?

When you really crave chocolate or something sweet, do you allow yourself to have some? I feel if I deny myself treats I will just pig out at a weak moment. I bought a small bag of 8 assorted chocolates today. I probably should have bought 4 because after eating a few my craving was gone.

At the office I am very disciplined because I'm at my desk all day and I eat what I bring to work. However, at night, especially 9-10pm I want junk food. Last night I ate around 10 Arrowroot baby biscuits because I love them, but my stomach hurt in the morning. I felt shame and guilt too.

How do others handle cravings?
