Unless you have not lost anything at all in 8 weeks, you have not stalled out. If this is simply the last couple of weeks, it is likely water retention caused by some important hormonal shifts that need to take place postpartum.
If you are indeed stalled:
Weighing and measuring your food will also go a long way as others have suggested.
Use a heart rate monitor if you intend to eat back exercise calories.
Change up your workouts--increase intensity, distance or weight.0 -
