I have been with MFP off and on for a few years. I'm sick of the yo-yo diet! I always go back to where I started.
My new lifestyle will involve clean eating, a lot a vegetarian meals, and working out at the gym. My goal is to be to my goal weight of 130 pounds by next summer. I have 111 pounds to lose. I will be posting updated in my status once or twice a day to keep me accountable. Please feel free to add me.
