Oh my Fudgecicling God!!

Just had the guts to do measurements to try and calculate my body fat percentage......

(even when I used MFP before... I have never done this... my focus was on the diet alone, and not the long term... WHY I FAILED)

SHOCK! COMPLETE AND UTTER SHOCK!

2 calculators I used said my body fat % was 58 !!!! Another said 32....

WHAT????????????????????

Height: 5'5"
Highest Weight Ever: 269
Starting MFP Weight: 232
Goal Weight: Strong and Lean 130
Current Body Fat %: 58.07 (even though i'm hoping this is grossly inaccurate)
Current BMI = 37.44 kg/m2

This news motivates me even harder but it makes me soooo pissed at myself that I just didn't even pay attention. No care. No notice. Here is a current pic...... blah!!!

I AM NEVER GOING TO BE FAT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUDGE THAT!!

BF% using measurements are typically pretty much absolute crap....but that being said you know you are overweight...and are doing something about it.

But instead of looking at one number...look at them all. When I first started I was obsessed with my BF%...eh not so much now.

I use my scale, clothing size, tape measure and basically how I feel as my gauge. Oh and if the weight on the barbell is going up too.
