Hey guys, I am sort of confused about my weight and stuff. Yesterday, I lost .6 of a pound but when I weighed myself today, I somehow I gained it back. How did this happen? All I did was eat a TINY but more today than yesterday. It certainly wouldn't cause me to gain half a pound back. Now I am sad. Can Someone tell me what I did wrong? I also drank a lot more water today than I did yesterday.

Your weight fluctuates by 2-3 lbs. on average.

    Stop. Weighing. Once. A. Day.

    The End.

There is no need to stress yourself out over a few ounces. Weigh yourself once a week and call it a day. I gained 12 lbs in food and water over my 5-day Memorial Day weekend. It all came off in a few days and I'm losing weight again. My weight normally fluctuates 4-5 pounds from day to day from just water and food.
