Hit 50 pound goal and contemplating next steps--Advice?

I hit my goal of losing 50 pounds and I'm feeling pretty awesome. I still have some tummy so I figure about another 12 pounds, give or take, depending on how I look and feel. I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 and I do sprint triathlons, so swim, bike, run, and yoga. I think I'll have to back off the lifting some as tri season gets going so I have the muscle strength to do the endurance work. I do see that the weight is slower to come off now, and I'm hoping to work on more body composition changes. I'm hoping the flappy skin at tummy, arms, and chin tightens some!
As I'm transitioning from a focus on weight loss to more of a toning/maintenance, I'm wondering if there is anything I need to be aware of or change up? I'm ok with changes being slow and steady--I'm in this for the long haul. Or should I just keep doing what I'm doing? I've learned a lot on these forums, but I haven't seen a lot on this topic.

I don't have any answers for you - but congratulations on your loss so far, and here's a bump!

Congratulations!
My suggestion would be for you to use a tape measurement to measure yourself every 2 weeks or once a month--often enough that you remember to do it but not so often that you drive yourself crazy. You will likely start seeing more movement on the tape measure than on the scale at this point.0 -
I'd just keep doing what you are doing. Keep eating a slight deficient (250 calories or .5/week) and keep up with your training. And, I agree with jemhh, depend on the measuring tape more than the scale.0

Thanks--you are right, I see the changes more in shape than in pounds now.0

Congrats on achieving your goal! I'm in same boat (sans the super-tri-athlete program). I've met my original goal of making it to 175 lbs (~45 lbs) and have been holding steady at 50-55lb lost. I'd really like to get the last 7-10 lbs off before starting a holding pattern but it seems impossible. I've tried to re-dedicate to the calorie tracking and daily exercise the past two weeks without a budge..0
