Hi! I can sympathise. i have fibromyalgia and keep struggling to find balance between pushing my limits and going to far
I would love to run and hope that once I lose the 50 lbs I want to lose, that running will become a reality.
I am currently nursing a hurt achilles tendon so after two months of slow healing, I am going to start a strength training approach for the rest of my body so at least I am doing something until I get better.
How are you doing? Found some exercises suited for you?0 -
I can also attest that if you can exercise regularly, those endorphines will help you cope with the pain - as long as you respect your warning signs and be patient with yourself.
It started with 10 minute walks for me and until this achilles issue, 1 hour swift walks were not an issue.
So don't give up!!! ☺☺☺0
