Weighing, measuring and logging Everything!

The more I read on the forums, the better I'm getting at this. What a difference than when before I started here. I never realized all of the calories that I was not logging. Spices and cooking spray etc. Close to 100 calories I normally did not log. This is todays meal (pre-logged). I usually prepare a large meal, log it and eat part of it later, unless I'm super hungry, then I gobble it all :smiley:
