I think I posted this on the wrong thread earlier. Just wondered if anyone has used the gold's gym cardio workout for the Wii and what kind of results you've had?

    I used this game years ago when I was first getting back into fitness after 2 years of doing nothing. It was fine for getting me back into the routine of exercise, and I used this, plus My Fitness coach and the EA Sports Active to start the ball rolling, but I soon outgrew what exercise I could do on the Wii and rejoined a gym to keep the momentum. It's really not much of a workout anymore for me, but I did enjoy how motivating it could be.
