Activity Level?

Just curious if anyone could help me out with what activity level I should choose for MFP goals.
I work different roles at my job throughout the week, pretty much all between eight and twelve hour shifts. Some days I'm a cashier, which involves standing all day, a lot of stooping, a little bit of walking, and some stocking.
I also work in the deli, which is standing and walking all shift (pretty much constant back-and-forth between the front of the store and the back) along with reaching, stooping, and carrying heavy boxes.
Finally, I work in our Cinnabon kiosk, which has me standing in pretty much the same area all day, but is constant reaching and stooping, and when I do leave the area it's carrying heavy items across the store.

At home I do housework and take care of our puppies, but due to extenuating circumstances, don't do any formal exercise.

The difference between lightly active and active is over 300 calories, so I definitely don't want to pick the wrong one. Should I just set it for lightly active and add in a few hundred "excercise" calories for the days when I'm doing a lot more? If it matters, I'm 21, 5'8", and 185lbs.

I'd put in lightly active. If after a few weeks you're losing faster than you want to (or unsatisfied with your food amounts), bump it up to active.

Formal exercise isn't part of the activity setting anyway so no need to worry about that.

Personally I would start with active setting, give it a few weeks and adjust if required.
You could always split the difference and custom set your goal between the two if that feels better to you.

It's just a start point and until you try you won't know your results or how sustainable the calorie allowance is.
