Hi Everyone,
My name is Sirmon, and I joined MFP last year at a whooping 257lbs and did nothing with it. Funny, right ! We all know that in order for it to work... you have to put in some work.
So, I am back, and I'm doing the work. I am proud to announce, that I am down 14lbs since joining back in May, of last year....yippee!!!
I figure...if I can get this kind of results with no work, just imagine what I'll get with putting the work in...lol!!!
I'm ready to ride. Who would like to join me? Size 12 here I come.
