Well, although I'm relatively new to this app, I've been trying to live healthier for the last couple months. I've lost about 25 pounds, but I'm still very depressed. This last weekend was really hard for me. I ate some unhealthy food and even smoked a cigarette for the first time in a month and a half.

I'm really starting to lose motivation, I don't know where else to turn. Any advise would be great. Thanks
