I have been using this about 3 weeks and have lost 16 pounds. I am a veteran and currently work as a software developer. Anyone is free to add me but I would like to find some people from the area that I can work out with. I use Planet Fitness.

    I love it. Whatever you do, though, take progress photos. Whenever I felt like being lazy and didn't want to workout, I would look at how far my hard work has brought me and it motivates me to continue.

    Plus, I used the mantra 'WWBD! What Would Batman Do?'
