Feeling bad...

Options
So I ate so much today, just like little snacky things that weren't particularly bad. I do still feel awful for eating them though. I even went to the gym and work today but still feel bad.

Does anyone else feel bad about eating over their calories?

Nope ! I can feel guilty, well I am guilty but I assume it ! what's don is done, it wont change anything to feel bad...
So what I do is that I tell myself that Ienjoyed it (pleasure is part of the life ! and anyway it is the truth, especially with sushis !!!) and next days I'll be more strict to my food plan :)

Life is short, enjoy it !

I really feel bad if I do it, not because it's a big deal that I eat a bit more on a particular day, but because I'm afraid it'll make me fall back to my old ways. I've found that I lose motivation very quickly. I don't slip often, but when I do (like yesterday), I "punish" myself the next day - like some extra exercise and not eating back the calories. I know "punishment" sounds like a bad idea, but it takes away my fear of falling back to the old ways, since I "fixed" the slip up.
