best and worst "health" drinks in america

the link starts off with some advertising blurbs by Labrada, but the article following is a great eye opener about some nasty stuff being marketed as good for us. It's from the author of "Eat this, not that."

    In my opinion, the only "best" health drink out there is good, old-fashioned H2O.

    Anything deemed "healthy" in the drink caategory gets a <rolley eyes> from me.

    Hmmmm... health drinks? Water, milk and juice (4 oz at a time). There's a reason that's what our parents offered us to drink when we were kids!

    A good rule of thumb is if a company has marketed their food as "healthy" it is more than likely not a healthy choice.
