Aaaargh. I promised I wouldn't do this to myself this time! 3rd baby now 6 months old and I weigh more than I did at full term!!! Lost weight through my pregnancy and was less a week
after giving birth than when I fell. Now

    ...now I'm 10kg heavier. I stress eat when the pressures on and have a MASSIVE sugar habit to kick. Breastfeeding been a killer all 3 times. Just about ready to finish.

    Need serious motivation! And it's half term - eek.
