After weight loss

I have gone from 15 stone to 10 stone over about a year. It's taken me from obese to healthy on my bmi and I genuinely feel better overall for it.
However since loosing all that weight I am 10 stone 5 and part of me has become obsessed with loosing 6lbs to be in the 9stone region. I've found it harder to loose these 6lbs than I did for the 5stone. Does anyone else get this?

Hi:
I think we all do. The leaner you become, the more efficient your body becomes. Congratulations on your achievement. Enjoy your hard earned healthy weight.
I can only suggest you continue with healthy nutrition and activity.
All the best to you0 -
The majority of the calories you burn are from your body just operating. The more body you have the more calories you burn. Also, imagine how difficult it would be to carry a five stone weight around with you all the time. Since you aren't doing that anymore, you aren't burning as many calories.0
