Should I eat more?

I'm 140 pounds and 5'3 tall. I want to get to 120 and have been conscious of my weight for a very long time. Just today, however, an idea hit me that I may not be eating enough.
I usually have a banana with fage 0% greek yogurt for breakfast.
Lunch is usually a serving of rice sautteed with eggs(2) and veggies.
Snack is an apple and peanut butter and dinner, I skip if I'm not hungry, or have something along those lines of my breakfast or lunch.
Could it be possible I'm not losing because I eat like ^this? I don't think I'm eating too much or anything.

You may not be eating enough but not eating enough won't keep you from losing weight.
People are going to want you to make your diary public.0 -
Are you eating AT LEAST 1200 a day? If not - eat more. If you are eating more than that and not losing then get your diary more accurate - weigh your solids, measure liquids, track everything you put in your mouth.0

It's not about what you eat, it's about how much. Calories matter for weight loss. We'd need to see how much yogurt you're eating, how much that banana weighed, how much peanut butter you're eating, etc.
It's not possible to be eating so little that you're not losing weight. If you were eating too little in the way of calories, you'd be losing weight.0 -
That sounds like too little food to sustain yourself on, so yes you should.0

How long has your weight loss been stalled?0

So like, less than 700 calories. No yeah, sounds good0

If your not weighing and measuring you could actually be way over.
I used to guess, so in my old ways I would guess...
Banana 190 to 250
yogurt 100 to 150
sautéed rice w/ 2 eggs and veg 400 to 800
apple 95 to 200
peanut butter 190 (2 level tbsp.) to 300 (using a tablespoon you eat with)
and with dinner of the same as breakfast or lunch. Add 290 to 400 or 600 to 800
I'm set to 1200 a day and this would be way over on the high end and under on the low end for my daily limit.
The only way to know if you need to eat more or less, would be to know exactly the amount of calories you are eating.
Anyway the scale is serving me well.

Not enough information in your post for ANYONE to answer without guessing.
Are you weighing your food?
If not, you really have no way to know if you are eating too much or too little.
If yes, how many calories are you eating, what is your projected deficit, are you working out, and if so are you eating back your exercise calories, and how long have you been stalled?0
