Hi all,
After going for a walk during my lunch break at work, MFP has two different calorie adjustments, the step counter and the iOS adjusted. What is the difference between these two counts? I'm assuming using both toward calories burned is redundant, is that correct?

I'm wondering the same thing. I have both showing on my app and was curious if they were redundant and I'm cheating! Heres what I'm talking about: http://imgur.com/0ecVijJ
At the bottom of the page it has "Steps calorie adjustment" and it also has "MFP iOS calorie adjustment". Their numbers add up for my total exercise calories burnt.
Any clarification would help. Thanks!0
