I recently joined MyFitnessPal in order to stay in contact with family and friends who I know are trying to lose weight/live a healthier lifestyle. I previously worked as a Personal Trainer while I was finishing up my Masters in Exercise Physiology, so fitness is more than just a passion for me.

I just wanted to introduce myself to the community and say that if anyone has any questions they would like to ask about exercise or nutrition, please feel free to reach out! I'll do my best to help anyone who seeks guidance, and if I don't know the answer, I will do my best to research it and find the best information possible!
