Peanut Butter and Nuts?

As I look back and my food journals, I noticed on the weeks that I did not eat any peanut butter/almond butter, or nuts that I lost more weight. I eat only natural peanut butter and raw nuts but wondering if anyone else notices that. Also, when I do eat these types of foods it always fits within my calories for the day. Does anyone see that too?
thx for the feedback!

I'm with you on this one.... The days I tend to snack on almonds are the days I dont seem to lose much if any.0

I eat at least one serving of some kind of nut butter and/or nuts a day. Usually one for breakfast and another half serving at dessert. But, mine has only one ingredient. Nuts.
Does your peanut butter contain salt? Maybe you're getting enough to retain water.0 -
I eat almonds every day and PB when I want. Makes no difference as long as you're tracking.0
