April Goals!

Very excited to be here with like-minded ppl on this journey!
1. Log EVERYTHING.
2. Exercise 6 days per week.
3. Lose 10+ lbs..
4. Avoid wine.

    1. Walk more

    3. Reduce my sodium intake

    Hi, this is my first post. My goals are:
    1. Exercise 6 days per week (at least 2 lunch work outs per week)
    2. Log everyday, everything
    3. Stay under calories

    3. Do enough physical activity to be able to log excercise every day for the month
